  1. Sayandpost.com users will be assumed to have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and, by occasional rereading of them, to be aware of changes and updates to the Terms of Service.

  3. easyVoipRecorder does not endorse, and specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability for any content of any voice message on sayandpost.com website.

By submitting a voice message to sayandpost.com site, you are agreeing and giving rights to Indextar LLC to reproduce, modify, distribute, store, augment, publish, replicate, transmit or delete your message. easyVoipRecorder also reserves the right of compilation, that is, the right to compile any message or parts of any message with other media files or other matherials by reason of the selection or arrangement.

  5. Once you have uploaded a voice message to sayandpost.com site, everybody will be able to listen to it, download, share and store it. Voice messages are not considered the private property of the sender or recipient of the messages.

  6. Moreover we specifically reserve the right to listen and monitor voice messages stored on sayandpost.com servers.

  7. easyVoipRecorder provides all services as is and does not guarantee service quality or availability. Indextar LLC is not liable for any service disruptions, delays, degradation, or security breaches. Moreover, Indextar LLC may, at its sole discretion, choose to interrupt, delay, or otherwise cease offering services on a temporary or permanent basis.

  8. easyVoipRecorder shall under no circumstances be responsible for any liability that may arise from the use or attempted use of the services, including direct, indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages. This limitation of liability includes, among other limits, absolutely no liability whatsoever with respect to any loss of profit, information, or other business asset, regardless of Indextars' actions or knowledge.

  9. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless easyVoipRecorder, and defend easyVoipRecorder at your expense for any and all claims, actions, and proceedings, including attorney's fees, arising out of your use of easyVoipRecorder' services.

  10. easyVoipRecorder reserves the right to revise the Terms of Service at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
